Jürgen Siebert
Jürgen Siebert is a Managing Partner of the Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH with responsibility for the firm’s “Energy/Utilities” practice. He has been with Kienbaum since 1999. After gaining a commercial vocational qualification and holding a series of leadership posts in the service industry, Jürgen Siebert completed a degree course in business management at Bochum. After his graduation, he spent two years in the HR development team of a large savings bank, before joining a medium-sized HR consultancy firm in 1993. At this station in his career, he quickly reached the post of a Senior Consultant with signatory authority for the company, set up the company’s research section, and concentrated on mergers & acquisitions services. His work also established the direction of his later professional interests. Jürgen Siebert has proven expertise and many years of experience on all managerial levels of the HR consultancy industry. His consultancy interests cover the appointment of supervisory and directorial board posts and top management positions across Germany and its neighbours.
