Management – Kienbaum’s Leadership Team

Kienbaum Consultants International (KCI) provides the roof under which the two companies Kienbaum Executive Consultants (KEC) and Kienbaum Management Consultants (KMC) operate. KCI's Chief Executive Officer is Jochen Kienbaum, supported by Vice President Dr. Jürgen Kunz. The Board of KCI Managing Directors is completed by Dr. Walter Jochmann.

As Chief Executive Officer, Jochen Kienbaum also leads the Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH. Its Vice Presidents are Dr. Hendrik Balonier, Dr. Stefan H. Fischhuber and Dr. Tiemo Kracht. The Chief Executive Officer of KEC International is Dr. Sörge Drosten. Jürgen Siebert is Managing Partner. Further managers of the KEC are Dr. Wolfgang Lichius and Dr. Waldemar Timm.

The management of the Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH is formed by Dr. Walter Jochmann (chair), Dr. Alexander v. Preen, Markus Diederich, Burkhard Wagner and Dr. Ralph Hartmann.

Managing Director of the Kienbaum Management Service GmbH is Volker Schröder.
