Jochen Kienbaum

Jochen Kienbaum is Chief Executive Officer for Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH as well as Managing Director of Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH.

After completing his training in bank administration, Jochen Kienbaum studied economics at the Technical University in Berlin. After numerous international internships in the industry, he headed the expansion and management of Kienbaum Berlin GmbH in 1976. In 1979, he started his leading role with Kienbaum's Consulting Group as Managing Partner. He has been Chief Executive Officer at Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH since 1986.

Jochen Kienbaum is a proven expert in all subjects pertaining to the human value business. He is the leading representative of the Kienbaum Group and actively involved in KEC's top-level consulting work.

In 1999 and 2000, Kienbaum was President of the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater - BDU), an association to which Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH has belonged since 1954.
