Dr. Walter Jochmann
Dr. Walter Jochmann is Managing Director of the Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH holding company. He is also a board member of OrgaKienbaum S.A.
Dr. Walter Jochmann studied psychology in Bochum, earning his doctorate with a dissertation on the motivation of top-level managers considering career changes. He joined the Kienbaum Group in 1983 as an assistant to Managing Partner Jochen Kienbaum before becoming a consultant in Recruitment and Personnel Development, which he successfully established as an autonomous business area.
Dr. Walter Jochmann has been the Chief Executive Officer of Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH since 1998. He also leads the Human Resource Management strategic business field. Since 1998, he has also been active as the Vice President of the Human Resources Joint Ventures OrgaKienbaum Paris, and was nominated as the Managing Director of the Kienbaum Consultants International Holding Company in 1999. He represents Kienbaum Management Consultants in the European consulting network Excellence International in Brussels.
Dr. Walter Jochmann advises large firms on the strategic restructuring of HR departments, change management and the evaluation of top management. He has published numerous articles on topics of personnel and change management.
