Dr. Alexander v. Preen is Managing Director and Partner of Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH.
After officer training in the German army, Dr. Alexander v. Preen studied at the LMU Munich, where he earned his doctorate with a dissertation on "Socio-economic Role-Model Development". In 1997, he joined Kienbaum Management Consultants as an assistant to the executive board in the Compensation Consulting business area.
In 1999, Dr. v. Preen took over the post of Managing Director at the Kienbaum AG in Zurich. Two years later, he was named partner of Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH. Since 2001, he has been responsible for the international business of Kienbaum Human Resource Management in Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Poland, and Switzerland. Alexander v. Preen was named Managing Director of Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH in 2003.
Dr. Alexander v. Preen supervises European and international corporations in their compensation structures, and acts as our key representative for strategic management and steering systems. He leads major projects on questions of performance management and compensation.
