Dr. Soerge Drosten

Dr. Soerge Drosten is Executive Vice President and Partner of Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH as well as Managing Director at Kienbaum Executive Consultants International GmbH (KECI). His duties also include the Managing Director’s position at a number of international affiliates in the Kienbaum group (Austria, France, Poland, and Switzerland).

Dr. Drosten is responsible for the international offices of Kienbaum Executive Consultants and, together with his team, supports international key accounts in the IT, telecom and consumer goods sectors.

Dr. Drosten studied business management, psychology, and sociology at the University of Münster and earned his Ph.D. with a dissertation on "Integrated Organization and Personnel Development in Corporations with an Organizational Learning Structure". After completing his studies, he held top management positions in a large international corporation in the information technology sector and a leading, international executive search consultancy.
