Kienbaum Management Consultants sees itself as a transformation consultancy. In all of our change projects, we combine our specialist know-how and knowledge of the industry with our proven HR expertise and use established change management techniques to achieve lasting success for the project.

Neutrality and objectivity
Neutrality and objectivity are key factors for success in achieving acceptance for consultancy products and, consequently, for ensuring the success of our projects. All consultancy interventions need to be aligned with the goals and provisions of the project, but remain open and unbiased towards any eventual outcome at the same time – an absolute prerequisite for finding innovative solutions and making them a success.
In addition to this neutrality in the consultancy process, achieving accepted consultancy results with the greatest possible benefits for the client demands independence in their conceptual design: we place great emphasis on the fact that Kienbaum Information Management has no immediate or other contractual ties to providers of any products or solutions in this area (such as logo partnerships) and that we do not intend to enter into any such relationships.

Added value for our clients means that our consultancy work needs to focus, both directly and indirectly, on boosting value creation in the business. We have a holistic notion of the key levers of “strategy”, “organization and employees”, “processes” or the “service portfolio and technology” – we see them in their hidden correlations with each other - but also as a means to an end.

The results of consultancy work must not remain “paper tigers”, they need to stand the test of business reality, i.e. initiate and maintain successful change processes for the long term. One requisite factor for this is the close coordination of our consultancy efforts with the specific needs of the business – such as our client’s self-perception and strategy, the size of the company, its home industry and competitive surroundings.
