Automotive
In 1886, Carl Benz's first ride in his Motorwagenmarked the beginning of a new era: the rise of the internal-combustion engine. Today – 125 years later – the automotive industry has become Germany's highest-selling industry and accounts for a fifth of domestic industrial revenue. Looking back, the German automotive industry has weathered the storm of the recent financial crisis and is nearing new record levels with its double-digit growth rates. The vision of a sustainable and environmentally sound lifestyle, the demand for more personal mobility in the emerging economies and the trend towards demotorization in the old industrial nations, as well as the development of new engine and communication technologies are creating new challenges for the industry. They are called upon to rethink their established business strategies and structures to remain competitive and, above all, profitable despite the increasing pressure of costs. Sustainable changes and adaptations to their organizations, systems, and processes have become an absolute prerequisite for continued success.
Kienbaum empowers carmakers, their suppliers and their distributions partners to master these challenges. By considering systems, processes, and people equally, we pursue a holistic approach that is built around the vision of sustainability. We will support our clients beyond the conceptual design of their projects and work with them to turn the new processes into working realities. This enables us to ensure the optimum use and development of people as the essential success factor for their organizations and the effective design and implementation of efficient commercial structures. We combine strategic solutions with intelligent HR management concepts.
Demographic change and the exceptional importance of innovation in the automotive industry makes finding the right people for current vacancies and the positions that will build the future of the company a real challenge. We are there to support and guide our partners navigate these challenges as well.
