Joining Us
Depending on your education, experience, and interests, Kienbaum can offer you the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship or to join us as a consultant.
Are you considering a career in the consulting industry? Can you offer above-average qualifications? Are you an effective people person? Have you developed an interest in and a sense for complex ideas?
If so, we are interested in meeting you.
Internships with Kienbaum
We can offer qualified applicants from economics, business management, psychology, and, in some cases, natural and social science degree courses an opportunity to join us as interns at our company. You will assist one or two consultants in their everyday work and become involved in our ongoing projects from day one. The internship gives you an opportunity to get acquainted with the diverse and interesting duties that are part of our dynamic consulting environment.
We are looking for committed students who have already successfully completed their basic studies. You are expected to be able to complete your tasks independently and to work well under pressure. Excellent PC skills are essential, as is a good command of English and German.
Recent Graduates/Experienced Applicants
If you choose Kienbaum as your employer, you can expect to come into contact with our clients from the very beginning of your career with us. "Training on the job" is our motto when it comes to our idea of a hands-on career launch. Our consultants work in flexible teams, assembled specifically for each project according to the individual strengths of our consultants – an approach that guarantees our clients an optimum in efficiency and competence. Kienbaum employees are given targeted support and the opportunity to continue their education in domestic and international training courses, coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and quality assessments by their clients and project managers.
We expect candidates to have gained an above-average degree in their field. Candidates should also have excellent PC skills and a confident command of the English language. Apart from technical knowledge and the ability to get things done, we place particular emphasis on our consultants' interpersonal skills. We expect our consultants to possess the power to persuade and the ability to confront and resolve conflicts, as well as a high degree of team awareness, empathy, and flexibility. These skills, when combined with professional experience or top-level internships, qualify you to become a Kienbaum consultant.
