Objectives/Benefits: We support our client’s standing in the labour markets, and assist them in the recruitment and retention of top performers and high potentials. With our assistance, our clients are in the position to maintain their resources and competitive edge for the long term. The first aim is to check the employer’s image and current recruitment processes in relation to the relevant target groups. External: In individual cases, the employer brand and the recruitment instruments need to be adjusted.
