Dr. Wolfgang Lichius is a Partner of Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH.

After receiving a doctorate from the economics department of the University of Cologne, Dr. Wolfgang Lichius spent ten years in large companies in the commodities investment industry, where he held leading positions in market research and strategic management planning as well as marketing and sales directorships.

In 1985, after a four-year tenure as an authorized representative of a small management and personnel consultancy, he joined the company that is now Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH.

Dr. Wolfgang Lichius has gained more than 20 years of experience in recruiting specialists and executive employees at all levels in both smaller and large firms in nearly all industries. The author of numerous publications, he is a sought-after interviewee on all topics of recruitment.

Dr. Wolfgang Lichius is Chairman of the Association of Personnel Consulting Specialists in the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (Bundesverband Deutsche Unternehmensberater - BDU).
