Dr. Waldemar Timm is a Partner of the Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH and leads its Karlsruhe office.

After completing a degree course in economic engineering and gaining a degree in sociology at the University of Karlsruhe, Dr. Waldemar Timm spent seven years at a management consultancy, focussing on production organization and IT management.

After a further three years as a managing director and partner of a software business, he joined Kienbaum Personnel Consulting in 1985, the company that is now Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH.

Dr. Waldemar Timm has more than 17 years of experience in recruiting specialists and managers at all levels in both small and large firms in nearly every sector of industry. He also has years of experience with the successful management of a number of domestic and international Kienbaum offices.
