The management of an organization’s talent is one of the prime determinant factors of sustainable and value-creating HR work. With this in mind, the executives in charge of HR management need to consider several questions: Where are we moving with our organization in the next 1 to 3 years? Which competences and employee profiles do we need to get there? What does that mean for our notion of “talent”? How will it affect how we lead our people and how we cooperate? Which digital innovations can or should be included? We have comprehensive solutions for your questions about talent management, succession planning, and recruitment. We can assist you at every link in the chain, from defining the specific challenges you are facing and identifying the right levers,  to implementing a successful HR strategy in your core processes.

We are reimagining talent management!

Modern organizations are facing ever greater challenges: They need to be more responsive, more flexible, and more innovative to master the challenges of digital transformations and the VUCA world. This can only be achieved with the right people – talented professionals who are motivated, competent, and agile enough to get behind the shift in our values and to sustain the business. Building up such commitment means engaging with the real needs of these professionals – a task that many companies are still neglecting at their peril, as the findings our our study "Trust in Talent” (early 2018) Shows.

Study report: Talent Management Study 2018

For the first time we surveyed HR professionals and talents separately to find out how they experience Talent Management in their organizations. The study shows: HR places a high priority on the topic but bets on dated approaches. More dialogue and individual responsibility would be helpful to the talents. You will find all results from our study and our recommendations for action in the study report.
