We process your personal information to further our justified interests described below, which also constitute the purposes of our data processing: Registration and information for specific events.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 Par. 1 lett. f) GDPR. Where you are required to provide data in these cases, we will expressly indicate this to you. Without such data, we may be unable to process your registration.

External receivers can be:

a) order processors

Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH companies or external service providers contracted by us for the provision of services such as those in the technical infrastructure and maintenance areas in support of the Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH offerings or in the preparation of contractually relevant contents. Restriction of processing: Where legal conditions have been met, you can demand that we restrict the processing of your data.

Data portability: If you provided us with data based on a contract or consent, you can – to the extent legal preconditions are met – demand to receive the data you made available to us in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or to have us transmit it to another responsible party.

Objection to data processing based on „justified interest“: You have the right at any time, based on your own particular situation, to contest our processing of your personal information to the extent that our actions are legally based on „justified interest“. If you assert your right of objection, we will halt the processing of your data unless we can show, in accordance with legal provisions, compelling and legitimate grounds for the continuance of this processing that outweigh your own rights.
