Gummersbach/Moscow, 3 November 2015 Susanne Doenitz (53) has been named the new Country Manager of Kienbaum Russia, based in Moscow. Coming from an academic background with a doctorate in Japanese studies, Susanne Doenitz has built up a track record of successful business development in Russia, most recently at the consulting firm Alexander Hughes CIS. She has over 20 years of management experience.
In addition to managing Kienbaum’s offices in Moscow, Susanne Doenitz will be contributing her extensive experience in executive search work. After completing her Oriental studies degree as a German national in Moscow and beginning her career in various media industry functions, she began her consulting career as a Senior Consultant for Amrop Hever Russia. Her many years of experience working with German and Russian companies in the region has given her an extensive network of contacts across Russia and the CIS region.
Jochen Kienbaum, Chairman of Kienbaum Consultants International, comments on the decision: “Susanne Doenitz represents a great addition for us, an all-rounder with excellent leadership qualities. Her great network, her international background, and her expertise with creating and developing new business in Russia and the CIS states make her the ideal choice for managing our Moscow operations.”
