Gummersbach, 3 February 2015 Jens Uwe Kraemer is new Head and Director for Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS regarding all HR consulting services at the consultancy firm Kienbaum. The 48-year-old previously worked for the global management consultancy firm Mercer, where he was responsible for the European Rewards Practice as well as the consulting business in Eastern Europe. He is an internationally acknowledged and well-connected expert on HR and compensation management.
In this newly created position at Kienbaum, Kraemer is responsible for expanding the activities in HR and compensation consulting in Eastern Europe. Additionally, he will focus on international compensation of sales and executive positions. He will be based in Vienna, Moscow, and Frankfurt.

Before joining Kienbaum, Kraemer, who holds a PhD in social sciences, worked in responsible positions at Deutsche Telekom AG, SAP SE and as partner of the hkp/// group. Most recently he worked as Practice Leader Rewards Europe and HR Consulting Leader Eastern Europe at Mercer.
