The safety of the personal data collected, processed or used during your visit to our website is of the highest priority for us. For this reason, we conduct all of our web-based services in accordance with current privacy and data protection regulations. The following information explains which data we collect and how it is used when you access our website:
1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Every visit to our website and access to a file contained on it is recorded. This data is used for internal technical and statistical purposes. The following data is recorded: name of the accessed file, date and time of the visit, amount of transferred data, notification of the successful access, web browser and requesting domain.
In addition to this, the IP addresses of the requesting computer will be recorded.
Further personal data will only be recorded if you provide this data voluntary, such as in the course of a query or registration or in the establishment of a contract.
2. Social Media Link / Share-Buttons
Our website uses links to selected social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Xing. These (deactivated) “social media buttons” are integrated in such a way that no direct contact to the social networks is established without specifically activating the links. When you use the social media button and activate the underlying link, a new window will be opened to allow you to log onto network in question, e.g. to recommend (like) or share the page with your contacts. Without activating the links in this manner, no data about you will be passed on to the social networks.
3. Use and Transfer of Personal Data
We shall only use the personal data that you have provided to us for the purposes of answering your query, processing any contract entered into with you or for technical administration.
Your personal data will only be disclosed or transferred to a third party if this is required for processing a contract with you – in particular for disclosing your order data to a delivery service provider – or for billing purposes or if you have given your consent for this disclosure. You may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
The personal data stored by us will be deleted when you revoke your consent for storage, if the availability of your data is not required anymore for the purposes pursued by its original recording or if further storage is not permissible for other legal reasons.
4. Right to Information
Upon written request, we are happy to advise you about the data concerning your person that is stored by us.
