Anna Ott (39) is Vice President People at HV Holtzbrinck Ventures. She studied International Management in Bielefeld and attracted the attention of a wider audience when she banned CVs from the application process at Deutsche Telekom’s tech incubator hub:raum. In 2018 she was named one of the Top 25 HR influencers by the HR-magazine Personalmagazin.
