Mr von Huelsen is a senior expert at Kienbaum Compensation Consulting. He has been working for Kienbaum since 2004. Before this he used to work in the field of personnel and organizational consulting for a total of 12 years. His core area here was organizational development and compensation consulting for national and international clients - at last for Watson Wyatt (today WillisTowersWatson). Mr von Huelsen profits from broad experiences in developing and implementing personnel management instruments and is internally and externally well known for his expertise. This includes analytical and summary job evaluating processes, compensation systems, target agreements and employee ratings in companies of various sizes and industries. Regularly he is head of our bigger project teams and accompanies our clients to successfully implement compensation system and instruments of performance management. Mr von Huelsen is excellently combining his practical experience with stakeholder management using his wide methodical know-how and manifold professional experiences mainly in the chemicals and consumer goods industry as well as private (finances) and public services.
