As a graduate economist, Alfred Berger has been responsible for Kienbaum's services in the entire compensation & performance management portfolio (supervisory and executive board compensation, salary reports in the CEE region, compensation systems, job grading and performance target systems) and board services since 2014.
He helps corporate and SME clients operating on a domestic and international scale master the current challenges in the field of HR management and compensation. He has long-standing experience with the conceptual design, implementation, and development of incentive and total compensation systems and the management of job grading and performance management systems.
Alfred Berger is also heading the Female Desk in Austria.
