Paul M. Kötter is Partner of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH. He advises corporate and public clients on the strategic alignment of their HR management as well as their HR functions.
He has authored numerous publications on topics of strategic HR management and has established several Kienbaum studies within the market.
He has over 25 years of experience as a consultant and has worked for Kienbaum since 1999 as Principal and later Director, becoming Partner in 2008. Before joining Kienbaum he had been member of a consulting firm in Switzerland.
A graduate economist, Paul M. Kötter studied economics and politics at the Freie Universität Berlin. In addition he gained wide experience in the management of Non-Profit-Organisations.
