Prof. Dr. Walter Jochmann
Walter Jochmann studied psychology in Bochum, writing his thesis on the motivations influencing executives to seek career change. He has been part of the Kienbaum Group since 1983. He initially served as assistant to Jochen Kienbaum. Subsequently, he became a consultant in recruitment and personnel development. He successfully developed this area into an independent company division.
Walter Jochmann works with large companies in the strategic development of personnel areas as well as in change management and evaluation of senior executives. He has published numerous works on personnel management and change management.
In 2014, as Head of Innovation, he assumed the directorship of the Kienbaum Instituts @ ISM for Leadership and Transformation.
