The question whether there is a universally applicable best leadership style arises again and again – but “it depends”. In order to find out what it actually depends on, we have developed a model that describes ambidextrous – two-handed – leadership based on four roles that must be fulfilled by leaders in order to successfully lead in different contexts. We validated this model in a survey featuring 266 managers. Take a look at our report to find out which leadership roles are required in which context and how you can strengthen them.
