Six months ago, we conducted a survey of HR managers to find out how they were preparing for the legal changes and what challenges they were facing. In the meantime, we have identified a wide variety of trends in our customer discussions: For some personnel departments, the new information requirements are only a small hurdle, others have simply not yet started. This resulted in a catalog of questions for this study, which is aimed at both tariff-bound and independent companies of all sizes and sectors.
