A study of the proportion of women in leadership positions in the state governments of Berlin, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony in 2015. Women in leadership positions: With good reason, this subject has become more important in business and society. The demographic transformation and the accompanying shortage of qualified workers along with the increasing significance of diversity in and for companies and organizations have changed individual and societal role models. It is time to resolve the widespread underrepresentation of women in leadership positions and to take advantage of the potential of highly qualified and motivated women.
