DATEV eG, in addition to providing services to their mostly medium-sized customer base, is the software and IT service provider for tax consultants, auditing firms and attorneys. The company is positioned among Germany‘s largest IT service providers and software providers. Together with its members, the Nuremberg-based cooperative society, which was founded in 1966, has improved the business processes of 2.5 million companies, municipalities, associations and institutions.
The Project
Commissioned by DATEV, we assume essential functions including consultation in talent management and market-driven remuneration.
