The Customer

Webasto is an innovative global system partner for nearly all automotive manufacturers, ranking among the sector’s 100 largest sources in the world. In its core business fields of sunroofs, convertible car tops and auxiliary heaters, the company has been a technological and design trend setter for decades. With electric heating units, recharging solutions and battery systems, Webasto is also addressing the electro-mobility growth market. The Webasto Group has headquarters in Stockdorf near Munich andoperates over 50 sites around the world, including 30 production sites.

The Project

The company sought an experienced Head of HR with language skills that included Slovakian, German, English and ideally Hungarian for a specific location in Slovakia where the majority of residents regard themselves as Hungarian and speak Hungarian.

We recruited an experienced HR generalist with expertise in all areas of personnel management: planning and budgeting, recruiting, HR management, training and apprenticeships. The candidate also brought a readiness to work in an international environment – in cooperation, for example, with the German headquarters and other international sites.

Petr Hruska is a highly experienced personnel consultant with an outstanding network in (Eastern) Europe. He is familiar with both the automobile sector and our specific company.
