The new nature of work – As diverse as the business world
The future of work, of leadership, of workforces, of professions, and of professional competences – we are rethinking nothing less than these with our commitment to “New Work”. We are convinced: Every enterprise and every institution needs to ask itself: What does new work mean for us? How do we want to work in future?
For new work, there can be no one-size-fits-all solution. Companies need to create spaces in which people can experiment with new forms and approaches to work. The driving force behind all of this: Digital transformation. Digital transformations are affecting companies’ strategies and technologies, but they also have a lasting impact on their cultures and the mindsets and practices of the people within them. High profile internet brands and small start-ups are powering a shift in the paradigms of work and leadership.
Digital elites are rejecting the established order. What does that mean for managers and their leadership styles? We believe that answering this question needs a combination of sophisticated standards and experience with custom, individually fitting solutions. This combination can help lead enterprises and their people into the new world of work and make them fit for future success.
Every company is unique. Every company has its unique pace, the pace with which projects can take effect and change corporate cultures, leadership styles, and organizations. For them, we have developed the Kienbaum Accelerator.
