Didier Guillot takes over management of Kienbaum France

Before joining Kienbaum at the beginning of 2020, Didier has gained extensive experience in the recruitment, integration and development of international talents as well as the management of complex transformation programs. After starting his career at Henkel in France, Didier stayed for almost 20 years at L’Oréal, where he has been in various HR leadership positions in France, Latin America, The Netherlands and Iberia. He then joined Le Duff Group, a family-owned leader in the Bakery industry as a HR VP, before turning to Executive Search in 2019.
