Courage is a muscle that we train every day

In recent months, we’ve had to adapt rapidly to an ever-changing situation—and throw old habits overboard. We’ve developed a high degree of flexibility and solidarity. We’ve made many important decisions in a very short time, under extremely uncertain conditions. In short, we’ve demonstrated a great deal of courage every day as we’ve reshaped how we work. And exactly that will help us now. Because courage is like a muscle: it can be trained. It becomes stronger each time we move forward bravely. And it grows with every (positive) experience.
