2018 Graduate Survey: Have You Found a Job or Are You Still Looking ?

The target group of the 2018 Graduate Survey consisted of university graduates as representatives of Generation Y who will be entering the job market soon and are therefore actively considering their career options, job offers and potential employers. To collect data on the currently active generation of graduates, Kienbaum has conducted graduate surveys on a regular basis since 2007 (cf. for example Kienbaum, 2014/2015). The survey focuses on graduates’ values and goals, their demands and expectations with regard to potential employers and company management and their preferences for starting work, accepting an entry-level position and charting their career.
