What Generations Y, X and Baby Boomers Expect from Their Employers

At the present time, three generations of employees can be distinguished: Generation Y (1981-1999), Generation X (1964-1980) and the baby boomer generation (1946-1963). The aim of the present study is to determine the characteristics of each of these, their preferences in selecting employers, the channels they use when searching for a job and their desires with respect to company culture. The main conclusions are briefly summarized in the study.
